So we left St Louis and continued our journey (we forgot to mention the St Louis arch in our last blog highly recommend going in the lift to the top of that).

So we decided to visit two places that aren't on Route 66, we spent 2 nights on Sunday in the amazing Nashville! We loved it there everyone dressed in cowboy boots and hats, dancing, singing in every bar oh and they love Taylor Swift so I definitely loved it there & it was Labour Day when we were there so parties everywhere.

We felt like we didnt fit in, in Nashville as everyone was dressed up so we went to buy a cowboy hat and boots and there so expensive some start at like 999$ we was like wow!! so we never bought any we just pretended to try and fit in haha.

Then we went to the lovely Memphis for 2 nights (second night tonight). We visited the amazing Beale Street and the memphis Pryamid. It's weird the Pryamid is so beautiful yet inside its just a garden centre now, weird hey? Beale Street was good as well music and drinking, and yes there was a Hard Rock Cafe so another top to add to our collection yey!

We went to visit Elvis's house at Graceland, he was definitely the king. I mean he had 2 planes, not 1 but 2 WOW!!! Its weird as going to Elvis's house we didnt think we knew that much of his music then we got there and we didnt realise how much we know there are so many good songs of his.

Now we're back at the hotel for our last night in Memphis as there's a thunderstorm here, then 330 mile drive tomorrow & back on to our Route 66 drive, speak soon.
P.S. we even Skyped out parental's today too so they know were still safe......Speak soon
