U.S.A Road Trip Complete - San Francisco

*Monterey to San Francisco - We left Monterey and did our final drive of the America trip road trip (Over 4000 Miles from Chicago to San Fran in two different cars).
*San Francisco - Such a beautiful but Windy City. I wish this weather would make up its mind. It was freezing here on Sunday so we had to buy jeans and wear our hoodies. Next day it's boiling back in shorts and t-shirts. Loads of touristy things here & walking up steep hills. Oh and getting up on Sunday at 5am for Everton & United wasn't worth it. *Palace of Fine Arts - We never went in here but it is such a beautiful old building. I can see why people pay $10,000 for just a 30 minute ceremony it's beautiful.
*Alcatraz - We did a boat trip to Alcatraz and a tour around it. They put you in language groups & for some reason I am English but they put Ray in the Chinese group. Such an amazing island, I love my history though me so was great seeing it all and the cells Al Capone used to have as well as listening to stories of escapes and prisoners.
*The Golden Gate Bridge- WOW. Such an amazing and beautiful bridge even better seeing it in real life. We did a tour over the bridge and back......got half way over and it was so windy though. We choose a perfect day though as it was sunny (and windy) but no fog like sometimes and the sky was so clear. *China Town - We walked through China Town twice its huge!! Nothing like our Liverpool one this kicks arse to us. *Tram Car - You have to go on one of them tram cars up the hills of San Fran. We did it twice (although you queue for ages to get on) there well good 😁 went all the way from the city to fisherman wharf and back.
*Fisherman Wharf - We made a sea lion friend in the sea here, was so adorable. Now for our last night in San Fran (Ray is taking me to a English pub we miss our food) before the long 2day journey to Brazil tomorrow xx
