We have never been to a place like this & even before I came I honestly thought there was a 'few heads' but there are hundreds!!

This island is a place you must visit before you die it's so strange but amazing. The fact the statues have been here for hundreds of years and every statue is different and represents a different person of a rapi or a tribe that lived there. Some have been broken or pushed/fell down from Tsunami's, Earthquakes or when people first invaded the island hundreds of years ago. Also not many of them have eyes left as someone stole all the eyes.....still never been found 👀. There are some under the sea and more it's so interesting. We even had a tour off a rapi nui who was born here & for generations his family lived here. Then not just the heads there's over 50 extinct volcano's here, some we went inside of others you can now stand and touch the volcano rock it's so strange. From thousands of part built old houses to caves with paintings made out of blood that people used to live in.....Wow.

I can honest not describe the sights you see here, from landing on the plane to the smallest run way I've ever seen (like in Jurassic park no joke ) and it only fits 2 planes in the airport it's that small. To some of the amazing views on the island and off it, I could sit and watch the waves and cliffs here all day (even in the rain and wind). Also facts.....there are 9000 wild horses on Easter Island. They literally are everywhere, no one owns them, they just let them be free. Then 1000's of wild dogs, cats, chickens & hens & even a few cows & Bulls too (yup no one tries to even eat them here there free to roam). We seen so many dogs with baby puppy's and you just want to pick them all up and take them home so cute.

Well Easter Island has been magical and amazing!! It's a must see before you die, you will get soaked in the constant rain & there is no phone signal, TV's, good wifi or anything higher than a 3 star hotel......but the views and sights are AMAZING!! P.S. You even get greeted at the airport with flowers to go round your neck felt like we landed in Hawaii.
